1. Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays. In case of high order volume or unexpected delays, we will notify you via email.

JÉLLI Clothing is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they have been marked as delivered. If your package is missing, please contact the carrier directly for assistance.
